We built this role around what speech-language pathologists actually need to do their best work.
You'll work side by side with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and behavior analysts every day. When a child needs a coordinated approach, the team is right there - no referrals to outside providers, no siloed care. It's one of the things our SLPs say makes the biggest difference.
24-30 direct service hours per week with built-in admin time. Whether you prefer a four-day week or need flexibility to pick up your children, we'll build a schedule that works for your life.
Work with children from birth to 21 across articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, autism spectrum support, and feeding and swallowing therapy. No two days look the same, and that's intentional.
Receive up to $200/month toward your principal balance through our partnership with SoFi, potentially saving $32,000 and reducing your repayment period by 2.6 years.
Woven Care offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports your growth, well-being, and financial security—from professional development funding and licensure reimbursement to health coverage, 401(k) matching, and student loan repayment. Enjoy flexible scheduling, generous time off, and full administrative support designed to promote true work-life balance.

Help us bring remarkable care to children and families across the country. To do this, we must continue to innovate to ensure we are delivering superior care to our patients, and we must invest deeply in our team, who make it all possible. Submit your resume through our online portal, and our recruiting team will assist in matching you with a position that aligns with your skills and preferences.
