Pediatric therapy insurance, handled for you

Figuring out insurance shouldn’t be the hardest part of getting your child care. From verifying benefits to handling authorizations, Woven Care takes on the paperwork so your family can focus on your child’s progress.

We’ll do the paperwork. You focus on your child.

We see pediatric therapy as an ongoing partnership, and insurance shouldn’t get in the way of that. Our team works with families, referring providers, and insurance companies so your coverage is clear from day one and stays that way.

We verify benefits before your first visit

Once you request a visit, our team runs a complimentary benefits check, confirms what’s covered, and walks you through what to expect out of pocket. You’ll get a clear estimate before your child’s first session, not a surprise bill after.

We handle authorizations and file claims

Our billing team files claims with your insurance and manages prior authorizations on your behalf, including the medical necessity documentation many plans require for applied behavior analysis (ABA), speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.

We stay on top of renewals

Authorizations expire and plans change. If your child’s care needs a re-authorization or your family switches insurance mid-year, we’ll manage the transition so therapy keeps moving forward without a gap.

Medicaid mileage reimbursement program
