Gas mileage reimbursement for Medicaid families in Colorado

What’s included

IntelliRide is the non-emergency medical transportation benefit for Colorado Medicaid members. If you have access to a car but can’t always cover the gas to get to your child’s appointments, this program can reimburse the mileage. With this benefit:

• You can be paid to drive your child to their appointments.
• Friends, family members, and neighbors can also be paid to bring your child to their appointments.
• There’s no waiting for a ride. You travel on your own schedule.
• Attendance is required. Reimbursement only applies for appointments your child actually attends.

How to get set up

Here’s what Medicaid members need to do to enroll. If any of these steps feel unclear, reach out. The Woven Care team walks families through this all the time.

1. Call IntelliRide to set up your benefit.
   ‍ Dial (855) 489-4999 or (719) 766-4660, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
2. ‍Choose Option 4 (Reservations) from the phone menu.
3. ‍Share the details of your child’s appointment.
   Have these ready:
   
   1. Your child’s name
   2. Medicaid ID number
      
   3. Woven Care clinic name, address, and phone number
   4. Date and time of the appointment ‍
4. Download and fill out the reimbursement form from the IntelliRide website.
5. ‍Bring the form to the appointment for a signature. Our team can sign it at the front desk to verify your child’s attendance.
6. ‍Submit the signed form to IntelliRide. Choose whichever method is easiest:
