Change Lives as an Occupational Therapist or COTA

Join Woven Care as an occupational therapist or COTA and help children build independence, confidence, and everyday skills - working alongside speech therapists, physical therapists, and behavior analysts, all under one roof.

Why OT at Woven Care?

We built this role around what occupational therapists and COTAs actually need to do their best work.

Real clinical collaboration

You'll work side by side with speech therapists, physical therapists, and behavior analysts every day. When a child needs a coordinated approach, the whole team is right there; no referrals to outside providers, no siloed care.

A schedule built for you

  • 6-9 children per day with manageable productivity expectations
(OTs: 65% / 26 billed hours per week; COTAs: 73% / 29.2 billed hours per week).
  • Built-in time for documentation, planning, and preparation so you can actually do your best work.

Play-based, child-centered practice

Our approach is client-centered and play-based from day one. You'll have monthly learning topics with specialized resources, and a team around you that takes the clinical work seriously while making it genuinely fun.

Clinical variety, from day one

Work with children across sensory processing, fine motor development, visual-motor integration, self-care skills, ADHD, autism spectrum, and developmental delays. No two days look the same, and that's intentional.

We provide everything you need to succeed.

Woven Care is by far the most supportive, collaborative, and welcoming ABA environment I have the pleasure of working in

I have worked for multiple ABA companies at this point, and Woven Care is by far the most supportive, collaborative, and welcoming ABA environment I have the pleasure of working in. From Physical Health, to the RBT's, administrative staff and BCBA teams, I have always felt like this is a company that supports staff to an unprecedented degree. Even in transitioning to a remote role I feel supported by my supervisors and peers, and I wouldn't trade my experience at Woven Care and how it has helped me grow as a clinician for anything.
