Help Children Move, Grow, and Thrive Through Physical Therapy

Join Woven Care as a physical therapist or PTA and help children build strength, mobility, and confidence -- working alongside occupational therapists, speech therapists, and behavior analysts, all under one roof.

Why Woven for Physical Therapists?

We built this role around what physical therapists and PTAs actually need to do their best work

Real clinical collaboration

You'll work side by side with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and behavior analysts every day. When a child needs a coordinated approach, the whole team is right there; no referrals to outside providers, no siloed care.

Manageable caseloads and structured time

  • 6-9 children per day with manageable productivity expectations
(PTs: 66% / 26.4 billed hours per week; PTAs: 73% / 29.2 billed hours per week).
  • PTs have dedicated 1-hour evaluation slots with approximately 2 evaluations per week built in.

Strong PTA support

PTAs at Woven Care work within a 1:1 supervision structure. You'll have direct, consistent support from a licensed PT, not the stretched-thin supervision model that's common elsewhere.

Clinical variety, from day one

Work with children across developmental delays, cerebral palsy, orthopedic conditions, torticollis, autism spectrum disorder, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, and gross motor development. No two days look the same.

We provide everything you need to succeed.

Woven Care offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports your growth, well-being, and financial security—from professional development funding and licensure reimbursement to health coverage, 401(k) matching, and student loan repayment. Enjoy flexible scheduling, generous time off, and full administrative support designed to promote true work-life balance.

Woven Care is by far the most supportive, collaborative, and welcoming ABA environment I have the pleasure of working in

I have worked for multiple ABA companies at this point, and Woven Care is by far the most supportive, collaborative, and welcoming ABA environment I have the pleasure of working in. From Physical Health, to the RBT's, administrative staff and BCBA teams, I have always felt like this is a company that supports staff to an unprecedented degree. Even in transitioning to a remote role I feel supported by my supervisors and peers, and I wouldn't trade my experience at Woven Care and how it has helped me grow as a clinician for anything.
